Payment

For all purchases, please pay promptly. You can pay with Paypal or by credit card. I usually don't hold items more than 24 hours unless we have made an agreement in advance. Custom items will be reserved for 5 days, if payment is not received in that time, the item will be open to other buyers for purchase. 

If you are paying by credit card the payments are processed through PayPal, however you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. 

If you'd like to pay by mail with check or cash, please contact me before purchase to make special arrangements .

 

Shipping

Your item will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is acquired. 

All items are commonly shipped Priority Mail, which will arrive within 2-3 days. If you would like another option for shipping, please contact me before payment.

International Shipping will take 6-10 days after payment is acquired.


Insurance is available for purchase, if you would like insurance, please contact me before purchasing. On that note, if insurance is not purchased, Poofhawk is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the delivery process.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

All my items are pressed, serged with an overlock machine or topstitched with a regular sewing machine for increased stability. All fabric is handled with care before used in creating your rad new garment.

I attack the description as accurately and in the most trustworthiness way as possible. I guarantee you will be fully satisfied with your merchandise!

All generic letter sizes are used for estimate sizing only. PLEASE MEASURE YOURSELF BEFORE BUYING! Make sure that those measurements match up with the measurements provided for the specific piece you are interested in.

Nevertheless, I generally do not accept refunds. However, if you have a problem with your merchandise, please contact me with your issue. I LIVE TO KEEP MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Your item will come with all the information you need to know about your merchandise. Including: garment care, the story of your garment (where it came from, how it came to life, etc), and what the garment is best used for.
